By joining or applying to join the Vanquish clan, you indicate that you have read, understand, and will follow all the rules below.
General Rules
1. As a member of the Vanquish clan, you must show respect to the Vanquish clan, Vanquish clan members, yourself, server staff, server rules, and all other players.
2. As a member of the Vanquish clan, you may not discriminate against someone in any way becuase of thier age, gender, sexual orientation, physical traits, beliefs, religion, race, language, region of orgin, economic status, skin color, interests, or culture.
3. As a member of the Vanquish clan, you may not intentionally harm the reputation of the Vanquish clan in any way.
4. As a member of the Vanquish clan, you may not release secure, secret, or sensitive information into the public, or to others who the information was not intended for.
5. As a member of the Vanquish clan, you may not share malicious, innapropiate, un-safe, unstable, harmful, highly mature, secure, illegal, pornographic, or generally bad links, files, content, or media with any Vanquish members or any other players.
6. As a member of the Vanquish clan, you may not engage in rebellion or retaliation against the Vanquish clan in any way. You must report any rebellious activity to a high-ranking Vanquish clan member.
7. As a member of the Vanquish clan, you may not threaten or black-mail any Vanquish clan members or any other players. Threatening to kill someone in-game does not qualify as a threat. Threatening others is considered a crime, and WILL NOT be tolerated.
8. As a member of the Vanquish clan, you may not share personal information such as your social security number, street address, passwords, and/or activation keys with other Vanquish clan members or any other players.
9. As a member of the Vanquish clan, you may not ddos other members or any other players for any reason. Booting players offline or ddosing WILL NOT be tolerated.
Minecraft Related Rules
1. As a member of the Vanquish clan, you must follow any and all rules provided/enforced by the Minecraft servers that you play on, unless those rules directly violate any rules enforced by the Vanquish clan.
2. As a member of the Vanquish clan, you must not use any clients, exploits, or mods that give you a highly unfair advantage over other players. This includes, but is not limited to Kill Aura, Anti-Knockback, Autoclicker, X-Ray, Chat Keybindings, Regeneration, Flight, Forcefield, Mob Aura, Chest ESP, Player ESP, Macros, Player Tracker, Step Assist, Fight-Bot, Criticals, Speed Miner, Eat Assist, Auto-Soup, Auto-Eat, Blink, Anit-Burn, Jesus, Velocity, Reach, Dolphin, Cave Finder, Aimbot, Clicking-Bot, Phase, Trigger-Bot, Fast Bow, Spider, V-Clip, Glide, Free-Cam, Speed or Duplication.
3. As a member of the Vanquish clan, you must not directly disobey any server staff member, unless that staff member's commands/statements/requests are not supported by the server itself, or directly violate any rules enforced by the Vanquish clan.
4. As a member of the Vanquish clan, you may not ask server staff members for special positions such as staff positions/ranks or donator positions/ranks. Correctly follow the mandatory process to receive a staff rank or donor rank.
5. As a member of the Vanquish clan, you may not acuse players of cheating, exploiting, or hacking in a public or semi-public chat. Follow the Minecraft server's guidelines reporting this kind of problem.
Discord Related Rules
1. It is expected that all Vanquish Clan members, guests, and civilians that are connected to theVanquish Clan Discord server will follow the rules below.
2. No one is permitted to spam any chat channel of the Vanquish Clan Discord server. Public channels, operation channels, private channels, and private messaging should be free from spam. Spamming in any chat channel will result in a warning. After a person has been warned for the first instance of spam, the next instance of spam will result in disciplinary action decided by the highest ranking Vanquish Clan member online at the time.
3. All civilians, guests, and Vanquish Clan members holding the rank "Specialist" and below must ask for, and receive permission before posting links, pictures, or files in any channel. Only Vanquish Clan members holding the rank "Sergeant" or above may grant others permission to post links, pictures, or files in a channel. All links, pictures, and files must not violate any rules or guidelines created and enforced by the Vanquish Clan.
4. Flirtation, sexual harassment, sexual induendoes, sexual jokes, sexual discrimination, and sexual practices are not permitted on the Vanquish Clan Disocrd server, or through private messaging, in any form, whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to; video chatting, text chatting, use of chat channels within video games, audio chatting, sharing links, screen sharing, sharing pictures, sharing videos, or any other type of file sharing that includes any form of sexual content.
5. Voice changers of any type are not to be used on the Vanquish Clan Discord server for any reason.
6. Guests, civilians, and all Vanquish Clan members are not permitted to obtain, or to try to obtain an IP address of another person who is connected, or had connected to the Vanquish Clan Discord server (or any other servers).
7. As a civilian, guest, or Vanquish Clan member, you are not permitted to impersonate another civilian, guest, or Vanquish Clan member. You may not change your name to match another player's name, and impersonation will not be tolerated.
8. The name of any player connected to the Vanquish Clan Discord server must be exactly the same as their Minecraft username (no exceptions).
