We have tried to hold clan battles on MCGamer, RoxBot, and Badlion, and all three have distinctive outcomes.

 

Clan battles on MCGamer have just never seemed to work out for us. I can recall a few times where the clans we were facing would start making up statistics, saying the score was three to zero when we had only completed 2 rounds (in their favor of course). I can also remember clans who would not allow our clan to pick the map we were facing on, at any point in time. We even fought one clan who started the game with two more members than us, without informing our clan.

 

Clan battles on Badlion, just never seem to happen. It seems that 50 percent of the people who apply for our clan are banned from the Badlion server, and can’t seem to get unbanned. Even if everyone was magically unbanned from the server, you still only receive ten ranked matches a day, and now Badlion staff thought it would be smart to remove some PvP types from the unranked menu (how lame).

 

RoxBot clan battles have proven to be the most successful by far. Most of the RoxBot staff are willing to help us conduct battles, and we mostly accept the open FFA map setting of the server. We conduct clan battles as such on this server...

 

1. Each clan starts on opposite sides of the map.

2. No hacking of course, that’s a given.

3. Even teams.

4. Clan members killed in battle, must leave the server.

5. Deaths caused by random players count as a death, and must result in the same actions as being killed by the enemy clan.

6. Deaths caused by your own clan members count as a death, and must result in the same actions as being killed by the enemy clan.

 

Although the RoxBot server is the best public server for our clan battles, it is not private, and not exactly what we are looking for. The Vanquish Clan has decided to make their own server, and has started conducting a variety of arenas fit for clan battles. We will begin conducting clan battles on our own server shortly... You have to do everything yourself these days.
